Organiser tools
MEL brings the practical parts of running an event together, without making organisers learn Drupal or juggle a patchwork of tools.
Build clear event pages, set dates and venues, add ticket types or free RSVP capacity, then publish when you are ready.
Run free events or paid events. Organisers connect their own Stripe account for paid ticket sales.
Keep guest lists, ticket details, reminders and attendee information together in the organiser workspace.
Use browser-based mobile check-in and QR scanning on compatible devices, with a manual check-in path when needed.
Give attendees convenient Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes alongside their event ticket experience.
Review event performance and organiser analytics so you can understand bookings and improve the next event.
How the soft launch works
Share the basics about your organisation, event type and what you use today.
We will contact suitable organisers to understand the event and what support is needed.
Create the event, connect Stripe if it is paid, configure RSVPs or tickets and prepare the attendee journey.
Use MEL through event day, then tell us what helped, what got in the way and what should improve.
Event day
MEL is being built for the reality of event day: staff moving around, attendees arriving together and organisers needing information quickly. Check-in works through the browser on compatible mobile devices, with QR scanning and manual attendee lookup.
Better attendee experience
Wallet passes are a working MEL capability, helping reduce the “where is my ticket?” moment and making event-day access simpler for attendees.
Why join early
Talk with the MEL team while your real event is being prepared, rather than being left alone with a help centre.
Your experience running an event becomes practical product feedback before the wider launch.
Get help setting up the organiser journey so your first MEL event begins with the right structure.
Why MyEventLane exists
MEL is being built as a community-first alternative to event software that can feel fragmented or overly transactional. The goal is simple: give organisers practical tools, help people discover what is happening nearby, and make the whole event journey feel more human.

We are prioritising organisers with a real upcoming event. The form takes a couple of minutes and starts a conversation; it does not lock you into anything.
