Frequently asked questions
Is MyEventLane open to everyone?
Not yet. This is an organiser soft launch before wider public availability.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. MEL supports free RSVP events as well as paid ticketed events.
How do paid events work?
Organisers connect their own Stripe account. Stripe processes the organiser's payments and manages payouts to the organiser's nominated bank account.
Does applying guarantee a soft-launch place?
No. We will contact suitable organisers to discuss the event, timing and support needed before confirming participation.
