Event ticketing for venues, pubs and hotels

Pubs, hotels, live-music venues and hospitality teams often run events while managing staff, service and the venue itself. MyEventLane gives organisers one place to publish the event, manage bookings and prepare for the door.

Benefits

Publish a clear event page that is easy to share from your venue channels.

Run free RSVPs or paid tickets with your own connected Stripe account.

Use attendee lists, browser-based mobile check-in, QR scanning and manual lookup at the door.

Give attendees Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass options alongside their ticket experience.

Who it is for

Pubs, hotels, live-music venues, function spaces, hospitality groups and other Australian venues that host their own events.

What to prepare

Bring the event date, doors time, capacity, age restrictions and accessibility information together before publishing.

Decide whether the event needs free RSVPs, paid tickets or a mix of ticket types.

Confirm who will manage the door and which compatible mobile devices will be used for check-in.

For paid events, connect the organiser's own Stripe account so Stripe processes payments and manages payouts to the nominated bank account.

Pricing

Free RSVP events are planned to remain free. For paid events, the plan is a low, transparent MEL platform fee with no fixed MEL ticket fee. Paid transactions will use the organiser’s own connected Stripe account. Stripe processing charges are separate. Final paid-event pricing and launch availability will be confirmed before you commit.

Yes. MEL supports free RSVP events as well as paid ticketed events.

Can we use our own Stripe account?

Yes. Paid-event organisers connect their own Stripe account.

Do we need dedicated scanning hardware?

No dedicated MEL scanner is required. The check-in workflow is browser based and supports QR scanning and manual attendee lookup on compatible mobile devices.
